By purchasing this Commercial Use product you agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited by the way you may use the content. Please read the following and do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

1. I, Edeena Cross, retain and reserve the right to modify, update and change my Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice.
2. All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits given or sold on the world wide web by me are retained by me, Edeena Cross.
HOW YOU CAN USE THESE PRODUCTS:
You may:
• use these items as is, alteration or recolouring is not required;
• create scrapbook kits and/or element packs using these products, but only for personal use/scrap for others items;
• alter the product (recolor, resize, add patterns/overlays/etc.) to create a product that may be sold incorporate these products into a digital kit (packaged with other elements and papers);
• create products that can be used on personal blogs or web pages; and
• modify or alter any graphics within this commercial use product with respect to colour, size, or by adding to or removing from them.
HOW YOU CAN NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS
You may:
• NOT use more than 25% of my designs in your kit/element pack;
• NOT sell, loan, share, repackage or give away the products in this Commercial Use product in their original format;
• NOT create freebies with any item in this Commercial Use product;
• NOT share with any yahoo or other social networking group of any kind;
• NOT create ANY type of designer tool with these files;
• NOT ever resell for commercial use;
• NOT create templates for individual sale using my shapes/templates as the basis or included as a layer in the file for sale; and
• NOT use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material, or material that may be deemed to be harmful or offensive to another person.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Edeena Cross shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of materials from this Commercial Use product.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
All copyrights to the Altered Emporium (product name) are retained by the original creator.
All graphic images are copyrighted Edeena Cross with all rights reserved. Graphic images are for commercial use and scrap for others purposes only. No other use is hereby authorized.
UNAUTHORIZED USE
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner. Accessing the images and text provided within this purchase does not give you any rights to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner.
All Materials designed by Edeena Cross, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under Australian copyright law, U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.
