By purchasing this Personal Use product you agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited by the way you may use the content. Please read the following and do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.

1. I, Edeena Cross, retain and reserve the right to modify, update and change my Terms of Use for all digital designs at anytime with or without notice.
2. All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits given or sold on the world wide web by me are retained by me, Edeena Cross, and by any artists from whom I purchased commercial use products for use under their license agreements.
3. All graphic images are copyrighted Altered Emporium/Edeena Cross with all rights reserved. This product is for personal use only.
HOW YOU CAN USE THESE PRODUCTS:
You may:
• create personal scrapbook layouts;
• create personal gift giving;
• create personal web pages, blogs, desktops or screensavers;
• create items for participation in digital or physical swaps or artist exchanges (non-commercial), but only in a final and finished form;
• modify or alter any graphics within Shadowland with respect to colour, size, or by adding to or removing from them (however, this will not make them “your” product and therefore available to give away or sell); and
• submit any items you create to scrapbooking and related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Altered Emporium, including mention of any graphic you have altered in any way.
HOW YOU CAN NOT USE THESE PRODUCTS
You may NOT:
• sell, loan, share or give away this personal use product as is or in individual pieces;
• share with any yahoo or other social networking group of any kind;
• modify or alter any graphic within Shadowland and claim it as your own;
• create collage sheets of any kind, for free or for profit;
• use any parts of this personal use product to create digital scrapbook supplies for sale in kits or element packs or the like;
• create templates or premade pages with items from kit name;
• claim any pre-made templates or pages as your own work – please provide proper credit to Altered Emporium;
• create items or products that will included in artwork for sale, this includes and is not limited to Etsy; and
• use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material, or material that may be deemed to be harmful or offensive to another person.
LIMITED LIABILITY
Edeena Cross shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of materials from this personal use product.

All copyrights to the Altered Emporium (name of kit/element pack) are retained by the original creator.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
