Welcome to the Terms of Use page for the digital scrapkits of Mister Whiskers. There is no download here, just the following text description.

All my kits on Deviant Scrap have the same basic and easy-to-understand licence:

* Non-commercial personal use IS permitted. Those who purchase a kit are free to make new print or digital layouts with the kit, and to show such layouts to others.

* Commercial PRINT use IS permitted - but ONLY for individuals, charities, or sole traders. Permitted print use examples would be new layouts in the form of: a t-shirt; a ceramic mug with printed decal; a printed paper storybook; a greetings card; a bookmark; a wallpaper for a child's bedroom; a promotional poster; or similar printed material.

* Commercial DIGITAL use is NOT permitted. For instance, you are NOT permitted to use my graphics in e-books, iPad or other mobile technology apps, in videogames, for blog or Web sites templates, for online adverts, or for sale in any way at any 'stock' image vendor websites.

I am happy to consider offering a paid commercial digital add-on licence to individuals, on a per-use and per-element basis - please contact me about this via the Deviant Scrap forums and please specify your exact intended usage. I envisage saying "yes" to requests such as: illustrations for a commercial children's storybook on the iPad / Kindle Fire; or for use in an indie videogame or small mobile app.
