2. All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits sold on the world wide web by me are retained by me, Evelyn Ducote.

3. All graphic images are copyrighted Evelyn Ducote with all rights reserved. My designs are for personal use only.

4. You are not required to, but if you are published, I would love to hear from you so I can keep an eye out for your
published work.

5. Kits sold by Evelyn Ducote and/or Finecrafted Designs may or may not contain commercial use items legally obtained
and intended for commercial use from other sources.

Any required crediting by other sources is listed within the specific TOU to the kit wherein a copy of the is contained

HOW YOU CAN & CANNOT USE THESE GRAPHICS

You may use these kits and elements in part or in whole in your layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and
related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Finecrafted Designs with a link back to the site where
purchased, including mention of any graphic you have altered in any way. You may alter any graphics with respect to
color, size or by adding to or removing from them.

You may not use templates or premade pages for publication and call them your own works. Please credit them as a
template or premade page and provide the proper credit to Finecrafted Designs.

You also may not to use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed
harmful or offensive to another person.

LIMITED LIABILITY
Evelyn Ducote shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of materials from this purchase.

All graphic images are copyrighted Evelyn Ducote with all rights reserved. Graphic images are for personal use only.
Limited commercial use may be granted by Evelyn Ducote on a case by case basis to artists that wish to use my designs
in their completed artwork for sale. Should you wish to use my designs in your completed artwork you sell on etsy,
red bubble, etc, please contact me at evelynducote@cox.net for written permission to use my designs in that manner.

No other use is hereby authorized, unless permission is granted by Evelyn Ducote prior to you listing your completed
artwork for sale.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner.
Accessing the images and text provided within this purchase does not give you any rights to use them without the
permission of the Copyright owner.
All Materials designed by Evelyn Ducote, including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright
