I am not a natural art journal person. I always have trouble putting my words on paper. But I feel very comfortable with creating art journal pages that convey specific feelings, thoughts or emotions using objects. I figured some other people might have an issue with journaling too, so I came up with a kit where you can put yourself down on paper, but in a mixed media tile format. I look at life as a giant mosaic. I thought that a kit containing elements that you could use to make your very own digital mixed-media looking "life tiles" would be a different twist on art journaling.
