Crowbout StudioB is now allowing purchased images from her shop for you to use in small works of art you intend
to sell. Please read the new TOU for the new modifications & updates.

Thank you for your purchase. Please read the following and do not hesistate to contact me with any questions.

FIRSTLY

1. Nancy Baumiller retains and reserves the right to modify, update and
change the Terms of Use for all digital designs or collage sheets at anytime
with or without notice.

2. All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits sold on the world wide web
by me are retained by me, Nancy Baumiller.

3. All graphic images are copyrighted Nancy Baumiller with all rights reserved.

4. My designs may be used for small works of art you intend to sell no larger
than 8.5" x 11" & with proper credit.

5. You are not required to, but if you are published, I would love to hear from
you so I can keep an eye out for your published work.

6. If you have items you would like to create in multiples ie; cards, postcards etc.,
(no more than 100) using my kits or elements (images).
Nancy Baumiller does offer a limited commercial license. You may contact at: nancybaumiller@gmail.com
to purchase and/or additional information. Proper credit should
also be given with items you intend to sell.

HOW YOU CAN & CANNOT USE THESE GRAPHICS

You may NOT use these kits or elements(images) for re-sell. You may NOT use these kits or element (images)
to create new kits, collage sheets or be sold on CD.

You may use these kits and elements in part or in whole in your layouts that will be submitted to Scrapbooking and
related magazines for publication, giving proper credit to Nancy Baumiller with a link back to the site where purchased,
including mention of any graphic
you have altered in any way. You may alter any graphics with respect to color, size or by adding to or removing from them.

You may NOT use templates or premade pages for publication and call them your own works. Please credit them as a
template or premade page
and provide the proper credit to Nancy Baumiller.

You also may NOT to use the content for any harmful, pornographic, or racial material or material that may be deemed harmful
or offensive to another person.

LIMITED LIABILITY

Nancy Baumiller shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of materials from this purchase.

All copyrights to elements, graphics, and kits within this site are retained by the original creator of the layout/kit/CD.
