Terms of Use Eena's Creation

All my products are for personal use, if not otherwise stated.

TERMS OF USE:

Personal use

By downloading these images you are agreeing to the terms of use.
These images are for personal use only. They may not be reproduced for sale or redistributed in any way. No commercial use is permitted, except scrap for hire (S4H).
If you submit projects containing any of these images to magazines, you must credit the designer Eena's Creation.

What you can do:
- Use these graphics for your own personal layouts.
- Recolor, resize, and otherwise change these graphics for your own personal layouts.
- Submit your layouts using these graphics online.
- Submit your layouts using these graphics to publications as long as credit is given to the designer.

What you can NOT do:
- Use these graphics for web templates or web design.
- Change these graphics in some way and claim them as your own.
- Resell or redistribute these graphics in any way, except S4H (see below).
- Upload my kit to 4shared or any other file sharing site.
- Use any image for obscene, defamatory, immoral work or any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

Scrapping for others (S4O):
You are allowed to create pages for your friends / relatives under the following conditions:

- The final page must be a single file with no layers of individual elements.
- Do not share single elements of a kit with your friends / relatives.
- Do not claim the elements as your own.
- Do not sell Quickpages or make freebies with items of the kits (like Quickpages, blog design, clusters...).

Srap for hire (S4H)
You are allowed to use my products for the creation of pages for clients under the following conditions:

- The customer has to pay for your page.
- The page must be an unique design for ONE client.
- The final page must be delivered as a flattened layout (.jpg) or in printed form to the individual client.
- Do not create a single page and sell them to several clients. For example, it is not possible to sell a birthday invitation card that lacks a customer-related item like a photo.
- You are allowed to sell derivative projects (like papercrafting) that include the printing and the cutting of single items, as long as your final project is one piece and made for an individual client containing customer-related items (like a photo of the customer).
