hey, thanks for the message. I'm doing better than I was =) and I do hope to get back here soon, I am missing it that's for sure. Maybe I'll start lurking and see what rubs off on me, LOL!

Didn't know there were these visitor messages. Thxs about avatar - there's a guy who photoshops famous people into old portraits of Charles Dawe - website is http://replaceface.tumblr.com/ , Tried to put my mug on one of the Dawes' portraits and this was the result. The hair (of which I have little) is the most hilarious part of the image. BTW bowties are cool. I just look like a doofus wearing them except with tuxedos of course - not that I wear them anymore like I used to. Hope all is well, Larry #1 in Vancouver.

Thank you so much for adding my layout as a GSO (which I had only learned the meaning of an hour or so before it mattered!)

I wanted to tell you that I do have a blog where I (mostly don't) post about fibro, cfs, & etc -- http://abide.sbpoet.com.

LOL! a DVD to lose weight be breathing! That's rich! I have a book on pain control using meditation. It might work if I could get the pain under control enough to read and/or meditate, LOL!

Rachel, TY for the props on my Center of the Universe piece. I always thought art therapy was lame when it came to me, but Im a total convert now. I just posted what is the last in this series for a bit, the Dollhouse from Hell. I feel such a sense of relief and acomplishment, and my DW is doing better also. Thanks for thinking about us.

hey, you......thanks for the nice comment on my LO.
it's much appreciated...as i said i'm not too comfortable with the "traditional" scrap stuff either, even though i am attempting to balk at "traditional" and make it my own style.
will definitely follow up on the kim harrison suggestion. i was actually checking out her books about a month ago ("early to death, early to rise"....that series) and i wasn't too sure. sofia & i are heading out on our bikes to hang out at borders for a while so i'll have another look!
    have a geat day...
